Green is the new Brown

Another article from Archdaily talk about urban development in Abu Dhabi.

Is it sustainable?I mean, the desert is as a desert.. not green but brown.. It's just a concept, yes.. but I try to put it in another perspective.. are we human always try to modify the nature rather than accept what nature already has?

When nature shows an activity, lets say volcano eruption or even earthquake, we call it natural disaster. It is not a disaster I think.. it's nature activity. Different perspective.
As human, we have an amazing ability to modify or to interfere what seems to be uncomfortable with our lives. Other species?they have even greater ability.. called adaptation. Or should I say that human ability to do things called as adaptation as well??

Green what??

So.. what's green? black is green term is for any kind of current technology for any kind of screen that using backlight as the light source. Name it, LCD, LED, and any derivative from it.

 Petrol vs Electric

Apparently, super-cars evolve in a very "sustainable" way..

Mercedes SLS AMG.. two of them twins, one is a no-joke car and the other one.. well.. ownership package including its own high visibility jacket..

The truth is, this is the first super car with electric engine. But, let me put it in a simple way. Environmental friendly?check. Speed?check. Usually those two things can't get along each other very well.. Thanks to the German engineering, problem solved.
But, that doesn't mean it has no setback. Firstly, it's pricey. Secondly, range. You'll need 20 hours of charging the car for range about 320 km. And the cost?as Clarkson says, you can have the petrol type and enough fuel to take you.. to the the moon.
