High rise, high density, high quality, and of course high price.. and yes it's still a concept and not realize yet..

More and more building design start to use "green" stuff in the main idea of the design. I'm kinda curious, is this only for a moment, like temporary trend?or perhaps this is the most awaited design opportunity?

Another question here, in terms of overall design. Is it for the sustainability for the environment?or for the economy/financial? From my opinion if we talk about sustainability, we're not just talk about environment isn't it? unless mentioned before such as environmental sustainability. But sustainability is something big, financial, economy, politic, environment, social, etc.
