There is nothing new basically in Carbon Fiber materials. Already used in very broad range of product, mostly common in industry that demand a very tough materials with very great ratio between weight, strength and dimension.
In industry such as automotive, carbon fiber is not a new kid in the block. Firstly was designed only for high performance race car such as F1. but today? carbon fiber already used in street car especially for sport car that needs lightness and toughness in the same time. This is a trend that show how this material begin to gain its market.
There was steel. Everyone was cynical about it. And almost bankrupted a wealthy man at that time. But the risk was worth it, the project was a success. So?what about now?
